Celebrate The Small Things:Perking Up A Bit

I am feeling somewhat more optimistic this week than I did last week.

  • My cold or sinus infection or whatever it was is long gone.
  • A family member I don't see much stopped by to visit.
  • Chocolate. That is all.

What has be going well for you recently?

Glad you're feeling better. FYI, did you know red wine is a natural antihistamine? I prefer that over chocolate, lol

Good to hear you're feeling better. Something in the air, I suspect, as many have been saying the same thing.

Family often as distant without even realizing it. We have tendency to be busy being busy.

Chocolate about says it all, right? lol I'm glad to hear you're feeling healthy again just in time for the long weekend. As soon as I get my laptop fixed, I'll be feeling as perky as you! :)

I love the idea that red wine is a natural antihistamine. But I do hate allergy season. Glad you are better. Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting.

Yesterday was not the best day for me. So I bought chocolate covered cashews. It did the trick!

Chocolate covers a multitude of sins, glosses over all the ugliness in the world.

For me this week, it was getting the chance to be smart and important at work. And knowing this is the start of a three day weekend!

It's that time of year for allergies and sinus problems. Glad to hear your infection is gone. Chocolate of course is the best! Enjoy!

It's horrible when you're ill and you just can't shake it off so really pleased to hear you're feeling better this week. Chocolate is one of life's pleasures although these days I have to take it steady as too much gives me bad headaches!! Then again judging from the other comments if I was to turn to wine instead this no doubt would result in the same problem!! Have a wonderful long weekend :) Special Teaching at Pempi’s Palace

Glad the sinus infection is better. Was noticing your header. Are you really so cranky? I often feel like writing cranky posts, but something inside me says, "oh, but you've gotta be nice and sweet and upbeat." So if you write cranky, more power to you. I wish I could let that side of me out.

Yes it is.

I get cranky about a lot of things, so I feel the urge to vent it. I'm trying to be more positive, but ranting helps me too.
